Zeel is a Chartered Accountant and and holds a bachelor’s degree in law and commerce. She is one of
the founding members of Aurtus Consulting.
Zeel has over 17 years of experience in advising clients in tax and regulatory domain.
Prior to Aurtus Consulting, she had worked with Dhruva Advisors and KPMG. She was one of the founding members of Dhruva Advisors.
Zeel has experience across multiple sectors such as Infrastructure, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Financial services, Technology including Fintech, FMCG, Startups, etc.
Zeel has worked on several M&A transactions, Corporate re-organizations, and Corporate tax issues. Her area of expertise also includes devising family succession structures, advising on domestic / international tax transactions, fund set-up and regulatory issues on laws with FEMA, Companies Act, SEBI etc.
She has co-authored various articles on tax topics and chapters in prominent tax journals.
In her free time, Zeel likes travelling, reading and trying new recipes.
