Rutul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 19 years of experience in the field of Tax and
Regulatory services. He is one of the founding members of Aurtus Consulting.
Prior to Aurtus Consulting, he had worked with Dhruva Advisors, PwC and KPMG. He was one of the founding members of Dhruva Advisors.
Rutul has experience in multiple sectors such as Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Infrastructure, Power,
Technology including Fintech, Infrastructure, FMCG, Financial Services, Startups, etc.
His specific assignments include family office advisory including succession planning structures, transaction advisory including mergers and acquisitions, cross border transactions with respect to inbound and outbound investments, corporate restructuring, transfer pricing including supply chain tax planning, tax and exchange control compliance matters etc.
He has delivered lectures on the topics of Succession and Estate Planning, FEMA, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation and Corporate Law Issues.
He has given talks at various prestigious forums e.g., YPO, EO, CC, Trade Associations (Indian and International), Professionals associations, etc.
He was a member of knowledge partner team to Government of Gujarat on Vibrant Gujarat project and advised Japanese corporates on doing business in and with India.
Rutul loves experimenting with his food and beverages. Romcoms and crime thrillers are his
favourite movie genres. He likes being on the road – for work as well as leisure.
