Prior to Aurtus Consulting, he had worked with Dhruva Advisors, KPMG and Deloitte. He was one of the founding members of Dhruva Advisors.
He has worked with clients across diverse industries ranging from Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Technology etc.
He has significant experience in the areas of transaction advisory including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, succession planning, cross border transactions involving inbound and outbound investments, tax optimization, tax and regulatory compliance matters.
He has delivered lectures on the topics of corporate tax law, regulatory matters related to transactions, etc.
He regularly contributes articles on tax & regulatory in various prominent professional journals
