Harshil is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate.
Harshil has worked on several transactions related to corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, domestic / international taxation and succession planning. He also advises clients on regulatory matters related to Foreign Exchange Management Act, Companies Act etc.
He has experience of advising clients across multiple sectors such as Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Power, Education, Real Estate etc.
He has co-authored various articles and chapters on topics like Transfer Pricing, Foreign Exchange Management Act, International Taxation and Tax Assessment.
In his free time, Harshil loves travelling, cooking, listening to music and playing squash.
