Himanshu’s work experience includes advising clients on setting up transfer pricing policy, structuring cross border supply chain, transfer pricing documentation and compliance, Advance Pricing Agreement, Representation before assessment and appellate authorities, CbCR and Master File, Global TP documentation, advising on inbound and outbound investment structures, IFSC structures and other tax and regulatory matters
Himanshu has experience in multiple sectors such as Information Technology, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Infrastructure, Power, Fintech, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Blockchain, Startups, etc.
Himanshu was part of Global PwC Transfer Pricing Lab project
Himanshu contributes to articles on Taxsutra, Taxmann, ICAI publications etc. and has delivered lectures on Transfer Pricing at professional forums.
Himanshu has been an entrepreneur himself. He was founder of a ready to cook food start-up, which is doing well currently.
