Kunal is a seasoned professional with over 12 years post-qualification work experience. His career spans leadership roles in operations, managed services, M&A tax and regulatory advisory, and executive search.
Kunal is a Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate.
Before joining Aurtus, Kunal held key positions at organizations such as Zipgrid Proptech, BDO India, and Sannam S4 (now part of TMF Group), where he consistently drove strategic initiatives, led large teams, and implemented technology-driven transformations.
Kunal has worked across sectors including real estate, managed services, education and consulting and has successfully led teams of over 250 professionals, contributing to significant top-line growth.
His expertise include leading technology transitions and process automation to improve service delivery and profitability, managing corporate restructuring, M&A transactions, and India entry strategies, overseeing vendor management, HR functions, and client success operations. He has also advised his clients on FEMA, Companies Act, SEBI, and other regulatory frameworks
Outside of work, Kunal enjoys reading, traveling, and organizing cultural events. He has actively participated in student leadership roles, including serving as Vice-President and Treasurer of the Rotaract Club of NM College
