Devanshi has over 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and HR Operations.
She holds a master’s degree in industrial psychology from the University of Mumbai and a bachelor's degree (Honours) from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.
Her focus areas include end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, policy formulation and implementation, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement programs. She has also played a key role in establishing and strengthening HR processes and frameworks across organizations.
Devanshi has worked closely with business leaders and senior management across the real estate, banking, consulting and professional services sectors, partnering on workforce planning, recruitment strategy, employee development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Devanshi enjoys travelling, reading, and listening to music.
