Bhautik has over 16 years of post-qualification experience advising on direct tax matters, with deep expertise in international tax, transfer pricing, and M&A (especially for group entities across telecom, SaaS, and technology sectors).
He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK.
His focus areas include direct tax compliance and advisory, cross-border withholding tax implications, and transfer pricing study reviews for multinational group structures.
Most recently, Bhautik was Senior Manager at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, where he centrally monitored direct tax compliance and advisory for group entities spanning the US, China, Netherlands, Canada, Germany, and the UK. He built his consulting foundation earlier across PwC, JMP Advisors, KPMG, and SKP & Co.
