Akshi has over 10 years of experience in tax and regulatory advisory domain.
Prior to joining Aurtus Consulting, she was part of Dhruva Advisors.
Akshi’s focus areas have been corporate tax and regulatory advisory, succession planning, corporate restructuring and M&A, inbound and outbound planning and CbCR and master file reporting.
She has previously assisted clients belonging to infrastructure, FMCG, oil and gas, investment funds, IT, pharma sectors.
She has also been keenly involved in tracking the regulatory developments relating to International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).
She has previously co-authored articles and papers on topics such as GAAR, private trusts for succession planning, common contraventions under FEMA, tax framework in IFSCs, taxation of fiscally transparent entities etc.
Akshi aspires to contribute towards tax policy making in future.
