Kinjal has over 19 years of post qualification experience and has specialized in transfer pricing.
Prior to joining Aurtus, Kinjal has worked for 17 years with B S R & Co. LLP (KPMG Network firm in India) and PwC.
Kinjal has worked on a wide variety of assignments that include Advance Pricing Agreement, transfer pricing planning, global documentation, transfer pricing advisory, BEPS compliances etc.
Kinjal has assisted several multinationals in preparing their transfer pricing documentation and represented them in the course of their transfer pricing audits as well as appeals before the Commissioner (Appeals), Dispute Resolution Panel and Income-tax Appellate Tribunal.
Kinjal has closely worked on Global transfer pricing planning and documentation studies, involving pan-European, North American and AsiaPacific searches.
In his free time, Harshil loves travelling, cooking, listening to music and plying squash.
Kinjal has presented to the participants of ‘Diploma in International Taxation’, a course conducted by ICAI at various locations in India and has also presented at ‘Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society’.
